Week 7! Bring on the pinks and reds!
Valentine's week kinda sucked because Rick was working up in NH and I only saw him on the weekends. He still managed to surprise me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. This month's Stories By The Month kit is totally geared towards love and I was glad I able able to incorporate it in to my album.
I'm adding in the COVID timeline cards from Persnickety Prints each month. They come in a 4 x 8 format but you can easily crop them down to fit a standard 3 x 4 card.
The Snapshot card is from In a Creative Bubble's Recorded Journaling Cards No. 4. I added a square photo of my flowers and then printed it out.
Bring on the love. And by love, I mean chicken quesadillas from Tropical Smoothie. We've been hooked on these lately! Also check out Mt. Movingbox over there. I'm quickly running out of space in the kitchen.
I hate my handwriting so if I have a card that's meant for journaling that I can't type on, I'll usually just throw some sort of element on it (vellum, chipboard, etc) and call it a day. No muss, no fuss.
Was kinda disappointed in The Holdout. It was good up until the very end. Just didn't seem like it could realistically happen. 3 out of 5 stars. Sorry, Graham!
