I shared this super easy DIY hack for marking all of your Studio Calico zippered pouches on Instagram and thought I'd post it on here as well. I keep all of mine in a wicker basket but have to physically pull out each one to see what month it is when I'm looking for a specific item. Yes, I could still do it. But it's a pain in the ass and when I get through the end of the year I don't want to have to dig through 12 bags to find what I need.
Introducing, the Avery metal ring tag. These babies are 1.25" in diameter and are the perfect size for adding to your zippered bags. They have a split ring that easily allows you to add them to the zipper pulls. I used some leftover alphas but you could easily hand write or even use stamps.
Currently I have a monthly sub with Studio Calico and Ali Edwards so I get 2 zippered pouches each month. The ones from Ali are smaller so I slip those right inside the corresponding monthly ones from SC. Easy peasy.
These are also a great idea to tag albums or even vacation ephemera bags as well.
