Week In The Life | 2020 | Tuesday

Happy Wednesday!
How did everyone's Tuesday go? I love seeing all of the WITL posts on social media. You guys inspire me so much!

Finishing up Monday's back page spread, I noticed how the black from the card, chipboard and divider grid kind of tie everything together. Don't you love it when that happens?

At first I had planned on putting some sort of embellishment directly on the dividers but I'm glad I kept them bare so I can see the photo directly underneath.

For Tuesday's main photo I stepped out onto our back porch while I was waiting for my tea water to boil and snapped a photo of the pine trees. Hearing the wind dance through them at night is the best!

As with Monday's layout, I used the photo grid layout on the left, along with the journaling card, a photo and one of the cards from the kit.

I decided to delete the text box at the bottom as I already have journaling on the right side, as well as cards throughout the day.

For my journaling, I type and print it out and then trim it down to size. I used some Washi tape from the February Studio Calico kit to add a pop of color. We've still got random boxes of stuff laying around waiting to be sorted into staying/donating/selling.

Tuesday was pretty uneventful. Although I did make it to Starbucks on my lunch break.

The Highlight card is from IACB's Recorded Journaling Cards No. 11 set. My plates came in the mail so Betty (my GTI) is officially registered in New Hampshire. I Googled the image for The Guest List, which I started reading. The bottom right photo is of my lunch: homemade chicken salad and a glass of sweet tea. The stamp is from the Food Coma stamp set from Everyday Explorers Co.

I was so so happy to learn that the Starbucks in Dover is back open. I ran over on my lunch break and ordered two drinks and a breakfast sandwich. The Stay Caffeinated card is another one from In A Creative Bubble. It's from the Recorded Journaling Cards No. 9 set. Right now I have all of my plants  in my office. They seem to like it in there and my Thanksgiving Cacti have been blooming for the past 2 months.

What do you do when you can't go to your local Mexican restaurant for tacos and margaritas? You make them at home. It was my first time making them and I think overall I did pretty good. This is Everything card also is from the Recorded Journaling Cards No. 9 set. The bottom left card I created with a digital background and one of Ali's digital quotes.

How else did everyone do? Taking lots of photos? I need to start using my self-timer so I can get some photos of myself to add to the album.

You can find the rest of my WITL posts, along with supply sources here.

Happy Crafting!
