2019 Project Life | Week 12

Happy Sunday! I'm still glowing from yesterday's baby goat cuddles. I hope you're enjoying the weekend as well. Week 12 was all about Netflix (+ iTunes) and crafts around the house.

You can watch the first two episodes of Killing Eve on BBC America online. Which I did. And then immediately downloaded the rest of the season and binged it within a day. I cannot wait for Season 2 to come out.

The plants are magic card came from Instagram and I snagged the Killing Eve poster from Google. As with most of my journaling cards, the Documented card is from In A Creative Bubble.

One project I managed to get caught up on (or put a dent into) is Lilly's birthday quilt (from last year.) The front is completely done. I just need to get some batting, some minky fabric for the back and I'd like to find a thin striped fabric for the runner around the edges. Then a quick stitch together and done.

I also put some pants on and managed to get out of the house for a bit. I had a tooth that I had a root canal done on break a few months ago and long story short, I made an appointment at the dentist for some impressions for a new partial. No more snaggle tooth!

Top corner photo is one of my succulent plants that Rick rescued from Home Depot for me. It's VERY leggy, despite full sun/sparse watering. I've been collecting the babies it drops and propagating them. So far it's worked out really well. I was thinking about doing a basic blog post about how to propagate. I'm no expert but think it would be fun.

I plowed through Smoke Gets In Your Eyes (my dream job would be being a medical examiner) and started on Where Monsters Dwell.

Saturday night Rick and I had a stay at home date night. We ordered pizza from Dominos and watched Bright + Triple Frontier. Both very good movies (which you can find on Netflix.)

I see you, Oscar Isaac.

And, after another try of the new Cloud Macchiato from Starbucks, I've decided I'm not a fan. Something about that 'cloud' that doesn't sit well with me. I'll stick with my regular Caramel Macchiatos, thanks.

I'll be sharing some of my One Little Word album this week, along with my Fit album sometime this week. Stay tuned and happy crafting!
