2023 Set Up | Scrapbooking + Planning

Another year, another set of  albums, folios and planners. It feels so good to get back into scrapbooking after taking a break most of last year. The Covid burnout hit me later than everyone else I guess. For 2023, I'll be continuing with Project Life, planning as always and as part of the Creative Team for Elif Sahin Designs. I'm picking back up my Stories album (for everything that doesnt go into my PL album), as well as One Little Word. I've been thinking about a Heritage album/printed book to tell some family stories for a while and figured this year would be a good year to start. Here's the breakdown below.

 Project Life | 9 x 12 Albums

9 x 12" charcoal album with mostly the 4B and 3B page protectors

Paper Person monthly kits, old Studio Calico Documenter kits, Ali Edwards Story by the Month kits,

In A Creative Bubble Journaling cards

2023 Day Designer Planner

I absolutely love Day Designer planners. I use the 8 x 10" Frosted Rugby Stripe for person and grab one of the smaller 9 x 9.75" Flagship ones for work. They are both set up the same way and the divided sections are perfect for keeping me organized.

2023 Creative Team Album

To house all of the physical layouts I make for the creative teams I'm on this year, I'll be using the 2021 Week in the Life 6 x 8" Polka Dot album (sold out) from Ali Edwards. For pocket pages I'll mostly be working with the 2A and 4A protectors.

2023 Stories Album

6 x 8" Color Blocked Recipe Binder from Studio Calico (sold out) Everything that doesn't make it into my PL albums will go in here

One Little Word | OLW Stitched Journal + Folio

I'm using the OLW stitched journal (sold out) and the rainbow pleather folio (on sale) Since I still have access to my 2018, 2020 and 2022 classes, I'll be using those prompts this year.

Just Write

I signed up for the Just Write class from Ali and am still deciding if I want to do hybrid (to help clean out supplies) or just stick with digital (easier - no printing). It's $5 a month and you get two prompts per month. If you're someone like me who has a hard time documenting, this class is perfect.

Story Planner

I'm so bummed that Ali discontinued this line. This little album has helped me so much with organizing what stories/layouts I need to work on. You can still find the Project Plan Notepad in her shop.

Heritage Stories | Printed Trade Book

Templates from Shannan Pages + 2022 Digital Stories By The Month from Ali Edwards, various digital scrapbooking files

WITL/DITL/December

I keep saying I'm just going to use up what supplies I have on hand, but we all know how that goes. So I'm leaving these three TBD. #iykyk

I'm always curious to see how everyone else plans out their supplies so please let a comment below!

Happy Scrapping!
